Back in Black

This movie completely caught me off guard. It taps directly into the current cultural anxiety—everything feels incredibly chaotic and heavy for so many people right now, yet *Back in Black* reflects that dread in an oddly comforting, uplifting way that genuinely leaves you smiling. :) To give you a better sense of how it's landing: 1. **The Hollywood Reporter:** Features an insightful interview with director Ron Murphy that breaks down the mechanics of his "sabre-toothed satire," highlighting how perfectly he executes a tricky "benevolent serial killer" premise. 2. **Signal Horizon:** Calls it a "confident, bleak, authentically funny piece of art." Praises Murphy’s restrained visual storytelling, including a gorgeous, dialogue-free funeral tracking shot midway through the film.
