When you create an account, we store your email address, a username, an optional bio, and a profile picture URL. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored by us in plaintext.

We use secure authentication powered by our backend provider. Sessions are stored via secure tokens in your browser. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and public profile only.

We may collect aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how the platform is used and improve it. No individual profiling is performed for advertising purposes beyond what AdSense provides below.

Your favorites and watchlists are stored in our database and linked to your account. You can make your watchlist public or private in your profile settings. You may delete these entries at any time.

Ratings and reviews you publish are public and attributed to your username. You may edit or delete your reviews at any time from your profile.

Messages you post in community channels are public to other authenticated users. Moderation logs, reports, mutes and bans may be retained for safety and compliance.

Lists you mark as public — including their title, description, cover, and items — are visible to everyone and may appear in search engines.

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Some outbound links to streaming platforms or retailers may be affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences our editorial or ranking of titles.

We rely on third-party APIs (including TMDB and JustWatch via TMDB) to fetch movie, TV, and availability data. Requests are routed through our backend and are not personally identifiable to those providers.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie and TV metadata, posters, and backdrops are provided by TMDB.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at webcinehubofficial@gmail.com. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right under the GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Our lawful bases are consent (analytics/ads) and contract performance (account features).

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, personal identifiers are removed, though anonymized or aggregated analytics may be retained.
