You retain ownership of the content you post (reviews, lists, messages). By posting, you grant WebCineHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the platform.

Movie and TV metadata, posters, and backdrops are provided by TMDB and remain the property of their respective owners. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have the right to share. DMCA notices can be sent to webcinehubofficial@gmail.com.

Reviews must be your own honest opinion. Fake reviews, review-bombing, or coordinated manipulation are prohibited and may result in removal and account suspension.

Public lists must comply with community rules. Lists promoting illegal content, hate, or copyright infringement will be removed.

Community moderators and administrators may edit, delete, pin, lock, mute, or ban at their discretion to enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the community, with or without prior notice.

WebCineHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Movie data, ratings, and availability information are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCineHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
