Although many years have passed, Chong’s name continues to resonate among the people of Phetchaburi as if the event had happened only yesterday. Driven by a desire to understand who Kamnan Chong really was and why his death continues to shape local memory, the filmmaker returns to Phetchaburi to investigate the story.
