Look my way follows Canaan and Grace, childhood companions whose unspoken affection begins to grow into something real. Their quiet world is disrupted by David, a friend from a wealthy background who yearns for the connection the two share. Although welcomed into their circle, he feels invisible compared to Canaan and grows increasingly consumed by envy. After a night of confession and new love between Canaan and Grace, David confronts Grace with his own feelings. The moment spirals out of control and leads to her accidental death. Terrified, he flees, leaving the community devastated. Canaan discovers Grace’s body and sinks into grief haunted by her presence. When clues point to David, Canaan forces a final confrontation that exposes the truth and destroys whatever remained of their friendship, left alone with the memories of the person he loved the most, Canaan must decide whether to dwell in the loss or move forward without the people that defined his life.
