The residents of Tambaksari, Sayung, Demak, Central Java, have developed their own strategies for managing and adapting their village environment. Each year becomes a struggle for survival as they respond to the village’s increasingly severe exposure to coastal erosion. This film portrays the harsh realities of their everyday lives and their ongoing efforts to survive in a rapidly changing environment.
