“Mim” (Nat Luurtsema) and “Danny” (Sam Pamphilion) work the ferry together to and from their island home that she has never left. He escaped to university for three years but returned and now he clearly has feelings for his friend. She, meantime, really only thinks of him in sibling terms and so puts his nose out of joint when she announces that she might be pregnant. He’s gobsmacked, but that’s just the start of their mini-adventure as he discovers that she had simply visited the island’s sperm bank and used their sterilised turkey baster. Snag?
