It was held to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Morning Musume's formation on September 14, 1997. The DVD and Blu-ray were released on March 13, 2013. The DVD ranked at #8 and sold 4,693 copies, the Blu-ray ranked at #8 as well and sold 4,182 copies total.
