The Secret: Dare to Dream

The Secret: Dare to Dream is based on a self-help book, which is turn based on a pseudocumentary. I have not read the book (nor will I ever), but judging from the movie, it must be a lot like Brian Griffin's Wish It, Want It, Do It – complete with the 50 blank pages. The first thing the movie does is instruct me that there are two ways I can live my life; one is as if everything were a miracle, and the other as if nothing were. But if everything is a miracle, then nothing is a miracle; the very concept of 'miracle' would not exist. Let's put it this way: if everything were a miracle, then many of the things that Jesus does in the Bible would no longer be special.
