Ryan Phillippe sort of phoned it in didn't he? Which sucks, he's normally an OK actor but I guess he wasn't taking it seriously. Paycheck and all. Anyway, this is a family film made strictly for adults. If it wasn't for the drug use and language, it probably would have had a bigger audience. The adult content limited what would otherwise have been a great little G Comedy. Then again, the adult content is where they got the most laughs. It's not a great film, but it's not a woke film. It doesn't scream politics at the top of it's lungs and then rub your face in the mess it made. Instead it does its best to entertain, and because of that I'll give it 10 stars.
