This is quite a fun battle of the sexes style drama with Patricia Roc ("Anne") and husband Anthony Steel ("Harry") having to adjust to post war living in London with a limited income and a young child. It turns out that she has a bit of knack of finding the right people for the right jobs, and soon a thriving employment agency is consigning him to baby minding duties. Not to be outdone, he hooks up with some of his soldier buddies and sets up a mobile catering outfit... What starts off as a productive rivalry between the two, starts to get a bit out of control as tempers start to fray and... The casting lets it does a little, neither of the leads have much charisma with each other nor with the audience, but it's got some nice supporting parts for the gorgeous Moira Lister and the ever reli
