There's more to terror than meets the eye.
After the mysterious death of scientist Dr. Devin Villiers, Det. Frank Turner and his partner are assigned to protect Villiers' colleague, who revealed that a veteran soldier was subjected to an experiment with the objective of creating the ultimate national security weapon... an undetectable soldier. _Hollow Man II_ takes it a different way, which is fine, different's not just good, in this case, I think it's necessary. But the biggest difference between _Hollow Man_ #1 and #2, is that #2 is boring. I don't ask that it have the same intrigue as the first, just that it have any. Anything to take it beyond "There is a man and he's invisible and he's bad and the protagonist is not". _Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible._
