These works by Benjamin Ramírez Pérez (born 1988) combine the narrative structures of film, documentation, photography, cinematographic staging, and interview into a collage on perception.

It does so via a visual interpretation that does not purely use montage to address our ideas on film and the moving image and which rather, in a collision of images, dissolves montage’s customary boundaries between narrators, protagonists, and historic fact.
