Renzo Cerrato was an Italian assistant director, director, and actor, known for his work in European cinema during the 1960s and 1970s. Born in Roccavignale, Liguria, he began his career in the film industry after completing his secondary education. Cerrato served as an assistant director on several notable films, including Don Camillo monsignore... ma non troppo (1961) and Angélique, Marquise des Anges (1964).
