Fatma Zohra Zamoum

Fatma Zohra Zamoum is a writer, director and producer. She taught Art History and Cinema in  Universities (2004-2010) After attending the Fine Art School in Algiers (1985-1988), she went to Paris where she gratuated in Art History and Cinematography and Audiovisual studies at the Sorbonne in 1995. Z'har (2009) is Zamoum's first feature film, decipting scenes from the violence Algiers experienced in the 1990s.
