Nicola Sorcinelli

Nicola Sorcinelli is an Italian filmmaker. After working on film sets as a behind-the-scenes filmmaker and Assistant Director, he began directing his own films. His short films have screened and won awards at festivals around the world, including Academy Award-qualifying festivals. His recent works include Moby Dick, winner of the Nastro d’Argento (Italian Film Critics Award), and Ape Regina, a short film made in collaboration with the NGO Emergency.
