Renato Neiva Moreira

Carlos Renato Neiva Moreira was born in the city of Santos in 1953. He entered the Cinema course at the Escola de Comunicações e Artes (ECA/USP) in 1973. In 1978, he began filming in 16mm his graduation work as a screenwriter and director and to work in Cinema as editing assistant to his then teacher, Eduardo Leone, in the feature film “Os Amantes da Chuva”, Directed by Roberto Santos (1979).
