Aditya Vempaty

Aditya Vempaty is a Los Angeles and San Francisco based Indian-American writer, director, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Silicon Valley of Northern California, Aditya's films are reflective of his identity and upbringing; persistent health problems led to great estrangement and an inability to live to his immigrant family's expectations. Being an artist amongst the children of the great Indian diaspora, Aditya first found film as a sensitive form of expression and reconciliation within his strict and unforgiving community.
