Christopher Bowen is a internationally known beer historian, multi-award winning brewer, and a beer adventurist. A modern day Renaissance man, Christopher recreates old recipes from the past, researches the methods, ingredients , and works to weave beer's past into the present day tastes and stories. In 2007, Bowen had competed in the ProAm competition at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado, winning the prestigious "Gold Medal" for a historic recipe of an early English Style,India Pale Ale.
