Shannon Barnes

Shannon is a punk rock ingenue from the Northern Appalachian Mountains in Central Pennsylvania. Growing up in the woods, creating home movies and plays was her favorite pastime. Shannon considers herself a physical actor who grounds her characters in their relationships. She's passionate about collaboration, dark comedies, and using form to push the envelope. Film and TV highlights include Netflix's The Life List and You Season 5 and Full Moon's Quadrant.
