Paloma Valdeavellano

Paloma Valdeavellano is a popular educator, human rights activist, and a prominent videographer active during the 1980s and 1990s. She has also collaborated on projects with other filmmakers, such as María Barea's feature film Antuca (1992). In the early 1970s, Valdeavellano worked at the Ministry of Education implementing progressive programs for non-formal education in impoverished neighborhoods.
