T. Colin Campbell

An American biochemist and expert on the relationship between diet and disease. He is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, where he conducted the renowned China Study, a comprehensive investigation into the effects of diet on health and disease.
