Lykourgos Stavrakos

Lykourgos Stavrakos (Greek: Λυκούργος Σταυράκος) was born on the 27th of July 1913 in Myrtia of Lakonia and died on the 26th of January 1999 in Athens, apart from his activity as a film producer Likourgos (or Lykourgos/Lycurgus due to the original Greek spelling) Stavrakos has been the most significant pioneer as a great founder of cinema and television education in Greece, which was his most undoubtedly invaluable contribution in arts and culture.
