Katie Chan Kei-Ting

Chan Kei-ting received an Advanced Diploma in Cantonese opera from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. During her studies, she was awarded a Hongkong Bank Foundation scholarship to study in Beijing. Mentored by her godfather, Lam Kam-tong, she also received coaching from virtuosi such as Poon Sai-lun, Leung Sum-yee, Ng Lut-kwong, Ye Anyi, Xing Jinsha and Hu Zhifeng. Chan performed the role of Lu Daoci in the HKAPA production, Love in a Time of Bloodshed, and received one-on-one training from maestro Lam Kar-sing.
